ORDERING

Do you accept international orders?

Yes, we accept all orders worldwide.

An item I want is out of stock. Can I still order?

We restock products depending on demand and availability. Any updates on restocks will usually be announced on our Instagram @andersanddawn and Facebook page.

Can I get a necklace or pair of earrings custom made?

Absolutely. Email us and we can discuss.

PAYMENT

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment by Paypal and all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

What currency is used on your website?

All of our prices are in SGD, Singapore Dollars. However, you might like to use our currency convertor feature on our website to view our products in the currency of your choice. If your preferred currency is unavailable, we suggest logging on to xe.com for a manual conversion.

CANCELLATION

Can I change/cancel my order?

We do apologise that we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they are submitted.

I've made a mistake with my shipping address. How do I correct it?

If you spot an error or mistake with your delivery address, do email us immediately as we won't be able to correct it once the package is out for delivery. We will not be liable for items sent to a wrong shipping address provided. Any re-shipping charges incurred will be charged to the customer for the wrong address provided.
