Our policy lasts 14 days (domestic) and 30 days (international) from the date the package was shipped (including weekends). If 14 or 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in it's original condition, unused, unwashed and with their original packaging. Returns that are received in unsatisfactory conditions or lost in the mailing process will be denied and held responsible by the customer.
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on sale items and customised orders.
How to Return
To complete your return, please email firstname.lastname@example.org with subject titled “Return” or “Exchange” and add your name, item returning, reason for returning and order number to the email body. Order number can be found in your initial email receipt.
The customer will be responsible for any fees associated with sending back returns, unless faulty. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance to ensure delivery. We will not responsible for any lost or stolen packages when standard shipping is used.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange.
If you are approved, then your request will be processed with either an exchange or credit note. The credit will be valid for 30 days and is strictly non-refundable nor extendable. You may utilise the credit note on any item (including sale items). Credit notes issued can only be used in a single transaction and any balance amount will not be refunded.
Exchanges are based upon product availability. In the event that the item you wish is not available, we will then proceed with a credit note.
Returns after 14 days (domestic) or 30 days (international) will be charged a 20% restocking fee on the original purchase price of the item being returned.
