We recommend that you wash before first use. Our silicone beads are waterproof and can withstand temperatures up to 65°C. They can be easily washed with warm water and mild soap or in the top rack of the dishwasher. Please do not boil or sterilise them in the microwave oven.
How do I take care of those designed with wood beads/rings?
For our designs with wood, use a wet wipe to clean and allow them to air dry. Do not soak or submerge in water. You may also replenish by rubbing in your choice of food-grade oil such as coconut oil, olive oil, flax seed oil.
My cord/clasp broke. Can you fix it?
While we use only nylon cords that are strong and durable for our silicone necklaces, teethers and pacifier clips, sometimes they may break apart from wear and tear or improper handling. You may send in your pieces for fixing and we will contact you once it's ready for collection. We charge a small fee to have your cords and clasps replaced.
Can I let my baby wear my silicone necklace?
No. Our silicone necklaces are designed and recommended only for 3 years and up. Adult supervision is always required.
Can I put my Anders & Dawn teethers in the fridge?
Yes, those that are designed using all silicone may be chilled in the refrigerator. It provides babies with sore gums an extra soothing relief but never freeze them as they may stiffen and cause tender gums to be bruised.
Are your silicone products durable?
We believe in creating pieces that serves both functionality and durability so that it's suitable for anyone at any age, whether you're a mother or not, have a teething baby or not. As silicone is an extremely durable material, it can be used for as long as it is well looked after. We recommend to inspect regularly, and if damaged please replace or dispose of immediately. Do not use to sleep and never use in crib, travel yard or bed.
